Bookings & quotes
All quotes are indicative until confirmed. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email and any required advance is received.
Payments
Fares are agreed in advance and may be inclusive or exclusive of tolls, parking, permits and night charges as stated in your quote. Any extra kilometres or hours beyond the agreed package are billed as per applicable rates.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the service and season. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can advise on any applicable charges.
Responsibilities
Our drivers follow all traffic and safety regulations. Passengers are requested to wear seatbelts and avoid distracting the driver. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control.
Liability
Our vehicles are commercially insured. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle; please check before disembarking.
